Take a few deep breaths. Close your eyes and think of the best thing that has happened to you this week. Where were you and what were you doing? Think about why it is so special to you.
Open your eyes and feel your energy rising. Continue to build on these positive thoughts and before you know it, not only will you be feeling better, you will be on your path to greater satisfaction.
